Stall Holder Application

The MBDA would like to invite stall holders to our annual festival.  We have over 50 stalls sites available to suitable applicants.  If you like to be involved please register below.

  • Sunday 21st July 2019
  • The event is open to the public from 8am to 2pm

IMPORTANT DATES FOR STALLHOLDERS

  • Applications Open Immediately
  • Closing Date for Applications 7th July
  • Final Payment Date 14th July

PAYMENTS

  • All successful stallholder applications are required to have paid site fees in full by 14 July 2019
  • Site fees payments – Cheque to Murgon Business Development Association
  • Electronic Direct Deposit as per invoice detail.

SITE

  • Site fees are $20.00 for unpowered sites & $40 for powered sites
  • Powered sites are limited to food vendors only
  • Stalls are 3.5m x 3m

PARKING

  • Vehicles can be parked behind a small number of stalls
  • Parking will be provided for vehicles in Mclucas Street on the day

INSURANCE

  • Stallholders and performers must have current public liability cover (10 million).
  • Stallholders serving food must have appropriate food licence
  • A copy of current public liability and South Burnett Regional Council food licence must be provided
